CORA provided a grant to fund the residency of Ghanaian artist Crystal Yayra Anthony for three months.
ISCP fosters artistic and curatorial innovation through international residencies, offering artists access to resources, networking, and professional development in a globally recognized art hub. The grant enabled Crystal Yayra Anthony, a self-taught painter exploring African identity and history, to engage in critical artistic dialogue, develop new work, and exhibit in her first solo New York show. Her participation in ISCP’s programming, mentorship from leading curators, and interactions with the local art scene contributed to her growth and visibility, aligning with the foundation’s mission of amplifying the voices of diverse stakeholders.
